Let’s make organic chicken popsicles with cheddar cheese sauce for healthy and crispy cravings!

This is the perfect recipe to store in your fridge for midnight cravings and sudden urges of food. You just need to deep fry them and enjoy them with the cheddar cheese sauce. It can also be enjoyed with ketchup or chilli garlic sauce. These organic chicken popsicles can also be a snack for your children’s birthday parties. Organic chicken has a high protein content and boosts your immunity. It adds value to your meals and your life. As they say, you are what you eat.


For the popsicles:

  • Boneless chicken – half kg
  • Bread – two slices
  • Ice cream sticks (wooden)
  • Ginger paste – half teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder – half teaspoon
  • Garlic paste – half teaspoon
  • Soya sauce- one tablespoon
  • Chilli sauce – one tablespoon
  • Cumin seed powder- half tablespoon
  • Cayenne powder – half teaspoon
  • Paprika powder – one teaspoon
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Eggs – two

For the cheddar cheese sauce:

  • Butter – two tablespoon
  • All-purpose flour –one and a half tablespoon
  • Milk (evaporated) – 300ml
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Black pepper – as per taste
  • Cheddar cheese – 200gm


For the popsicles:

  • Cut bread slices in a random direction.
  • Take a chopper and add the bread slices.
  • Chop till bread crumbs are ready.
  • Add half kg of boneless chicken with ginger paste and garlic paste.
  • Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt, black pepper powder, cumin seed powder, paprika powder, and cayenne powder.
  • Mix everything till it is chopped nicely.
  • Take it out in a bowl and add two tablespoons of any oil and mix it with your hand properly.
  • The minced organic chicken shouldn’t be too thick or thin.
  • Grab a small amount of organic chicken and form a ball-like shape.
  • Grab an ice cream stick and put it in the ball and give the mixture the shape of a popsicle.
  • Repeat with all the meat.
  • Crack the eggs and whisk them in a bowl.
  • Grab an organic chicken popsicle and dip it in the egg, and then coat it with the bread crumbs
  • Repeat with all the popsicles.
  • Take a deep-frying pan and add oil.
  • Heat it on low to medium flame.
  • Put the popsicle in the oil to deep fry and keep checking so it doesn’t turn dark brown.
  • Fry all the popsicles till they turn golden brown and they are ready!

For the cheddar cheese sauce:

  • Heat a pan on low to medium flame and add butter.
  • Once the butter has come to boil add all-purpose flour.
  • Whisk it properly so it combines with the butter.
  • Add evaporated milk to the pan slowly while continuously whisking.
  • Make sure there are no lumps.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Cut the cheese in blocks.
  • Add to the pan and keep whisking.
  • Whisk it for about ten more minutes till the sauce has a thick consistency.
  • Your cheddar cheese sauce is ready.
