How to make organic chicken cones

This is an exciting and easy-to-make recipe for you to impress your guests. You can even store these in the fridge and fry them whenever you want.


For the organic chicken filling:

  • Chicken (cut in tiny pieces) – one cup
  • Capsicum (cut)– small size
  • Cabbage (cut) – half cup
  • Ginger powder – half tablespoon
  • Garlic powder – half teaspoon
  • Cayenne powder – one tablespoon
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Soy sauce – one tablespoon
  • Vinegar – one tablespoon
  • Cumin powder – half tablespoon
  • Tomato ketchup – two tablespoons

For the bread cones:

  • Bread (slices) – eight
  • Organic chicken filling
  • Bread crumbs – as required
  • Eggs – two
  • Mozzarella cheese – half cup
  • All-purpose flour – one tablespoon
  • Water – two tablespoons


For the organic chicken filling:

  • Take a pan and heat it on medium to low flame.
  • Add two tablespoons of oil to it.
  • Let it heat for two minutes.
  • Add one cup of chicken cut into small pieces and let it simmer for a minute.
  • Add half teaspoon of ginger powder, half teaspoon of garlic powder, one tablespoon of vinegar.
  • Fry it till it changes colour.
  • Once the chicken is white turn the flame low.
  • Add a quarter cup of water to the pan.
  • Heat it on a medium flame for five more minutes.
  • Add half a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of cayenne powder, half a teaspoon of cumin seed powder, and mix it properly.
  • Now add one small capsicum and chopped cabbage.
  • Add one tablespoon of soy sauce and stir it properly.
  • You can also add grated carrots.
  • Stir till the vegetables are cooked.
  • Add two tablespoons of tomato ketchup and keep stirring.
  • Take the organic chicken filling out in a bowl.

For the organic chicken bread cones:

  • Take a bread slice and place it on a cutting board.
  • Cut all four sides of the bread.
  • Take a bread roller and roll it on the bread slice to make it thin so it is easy to make the cones.
  • Repeat with all the slices.
  • Take a bowl and crack two eggs in it.
  • Whisk the eggs properly.
  • Put the bowl aside. Take a glass and add two tablespoons of water and one tablespoon of all-purpose flour to it.
  • Mix it to make a fine paste.
  • Now take a bread slice and slightly press it with your palms.
  • Take the all-purpose flour paste and brush it on one horizontal side and one vertical side.
  • Pinch the end of the vertical side where you brushed the all-purpose flour paste and slowly roll the bread to make a cone-like shape.
  • Add some cheese in the cone and the organic chicken filling.
  • Add some more cheese at the top and press it slightly.
  • Brush the all-purpose flour at the top and close the cone by pressing both sides together.
  • Repeat with all other slices.
  • Take a cone and roll it in the whisked egg and then coat it properly with the breadcrumbs.
  • Repeat with all other cones.
  • Take a deep pan and add oil to it.
  • Heat it on medium to low flame.
  • Add the cones and fry till both sides are golden brown.
  • Serve with your favourite sauce.
