  1. Granny Smith apple cut into 1/4 inches pieces – 1
  2. Raisins- 1/4 cup
  3. Toasted almonds – 1/4 cup

Spices:

  1. Sea salt – 1/2 tablespoon
  2. Ground ginger – 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Curry powder – 1 tablespoon

Yoghurt and sauces:

  1. Organic plain yoghurt- 1/2 cup
  2. Mayonnaise – 1/4 cup

Chicken:

  1. Roasted organic chicken – 1 ½ lb

PREPARATION:

  1. Take the chicken and then chop it into half-inch pieces. Place the chicken in the bowl.
  2. In the chicken bowl, mix the apple pieces, scallions, raisins and celery.
  3. Take another bowl and mix yoghurt, curry powder, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt and ginger. Whisk the mixture well.
  4. Now take the chicken bowl and add the yoghurt mixture to it and combine well by stirring.
  5. Now the curried chicken salad is only missing the garnishing. Add lettuce leaves, almonds and cilantro for garnishing.
  6. The delicious curried chicken salad is ready.
